Jay Bhanushali credits himself for the ultimate result of the Bigg Boss 16 winner

Bigg Boss 16 finally got its winner in rapper MC Stan yesterday (February 12) who was known as the underdog throughout the show. However, actor and former Bigg Boss 15 contestant Jay Bhanushali credited himself for the ultimate result of the winner. This was all thanks to one of Jay’s media interviews that was going viral like wildfire just a few weeks before the finale.

Talking about the same, Jay was asked a few weeks before the Bigg Boss 16 finale about the narrative that the channel wherein the reality show is aired often makes the actors or actresses working in their TV shows the winner. The Hate Story 2 actor was asked who out of Priyanka Chahar Choudhary who has been earlier associated with the channel and Shiv Thakare who has been associated with the media company of Bigg Boss 16 with his previous reality shows can emerge as the winner. However, as we now know the result, neither Shiv nor Priyanka won the show but MC Stan who belonged to the DHH community instead emerged as the winner. Jay soon tweeted on his social media handle after the winner was announced how his one statement changed the entire tradition or popular belief that a channel face ends up as the winner of Bigg Boss 16. However, some fans of MC Stan trolled Jay Bhanushali stating that it was the fans of the rapper who have made him win the show. Stan defeated Shiv Thakare to lift the trophy. While Priyanka Chahar Choudhary emerged as the second runner-up.
