'Itni achai apni biwi ko dikhata' : Bigg Boss 16's Shalin Bhanot gets trolled after his family reveals their charity act for orphaned kids

For good or for bad reasons, Shalin Bhanot is undeniably one of the most talked about contestants of Bigg Boss 16 . Recently it was revealed that the actor’s family has conducted a philanthropic activity for orphaned children. However, while some fans praised the actor, others weren’t too impressed and rather found this an opportunity to troll him.

Talking about the same, a Twitter page called Bigg Boss Tak revealed that Shalin’s family launched a charity program by recreating his Bigg Boss wardrobe. The Suryaputra Karn has returned the clothes that were worn by him on the show which were then recycled and designed for young girls in an orphanage. A collage was also shared by the page that saw two of Shalin’s formal wear that he wore on Bigg Boss 16’s Weekend Ka Vaar episode being recreated as frocks for young girls. Take a look at the tweet.

However, some netizens soon started calling the Do Hanson Ka Joda actor to be a hypocrite and a narcissist. One of the netizens stated, “Ask him to pay for his son’s upbringing as well” while another user said, “Acha insan, itni achai apni biwi ko dikhata to acha raheta.” For the unversed, this comment was a dig at Shalin’s ex-wife Dalljiet Kaur filing a case of alleged domestic violence against him during their separation. A user further said, “This is narcissism on the next level ... I mean come on.”

A user furthermore took a jibe at Shalin Bhanot’s family flaunting their charity work after doing it. The comment read, “acha to batana zaroori tha.” Another netizen went on to say, “Shalin ne apni wife ki izzat ki hoti to better hota ab yeh sab karne se kya milega.” Talking about Shalin, the actor is rather going through a tough time on the show and is claiming to be suffering some severe anxiety and depression.
