Hunarbaaz: Karan Johar sings for Bharti Singh's son as she surprises the judges, hearing him Parineeti asks her 'bacha theek hai?'

Bharti Singh has taken a break from her hosting duties on Hunarbaaz after welcoming a baby boy. The comedian host, however, made a surprise appearance on the show with her baby which her husband Harsh Limbachiyaa is hosting with actress Surbhi Chandna .

In a promo, Bharti can be seen joining the show via video call where she jokingly checked Mithun Chakraborty for getting over-friendly with Surbhi which made everyone laugh. Mithun retorted in response to Bharti’s joke, ‘Bandar kitna bhi budha ho jaye gulatiyan khana nahi chodta’.

As Bharti’s new born son entered the screen and she took him into her arms, a loud cheer filled the studio and the judges also clapped. Karan Johar asked Bharti if he could sing for her son and sang his on rendition of ‘Lakdi ki kaathi’ making Parineeti Chopra hide her face.

While Haarsh couldn’t stop laughing, Parineeti asked Bharti if her baby is doing ok after hearing Karan sing. The comedian told her baby, “Koi baat nahi beta tune itna saha hain aa, mamu [Karan Johar] hi tujhe launch kareinge.”

Bharti went on maternity leave close to her delivery. She gave birth to her son on April 3 and has been missing from the show since, even though she regularly updates fans about the ongoings of her life as a new mother.

Hunarbaaz is nearing its finale and the show will soon find its winner. Bharti is unlikely to join the shoot in the last leg of the show so her surprise call was certainly a happy moment for the judges of the show who saw her post her delivery.
