Bigg Boss 17 Day 79 Highlights: Ankita and Vicky fight; Abhishek, Aoora, Munawar, Ayesha, Arun, and Samarth get nominated

In the latest episode of Bigg Boss 17, Ankita Lokhande and Vicky Jain had yet another massive fight, further showing their relationship's complexities. Not only them, but Abhishek Kumar, Isha Malviya and Samarth Jurel broke into a fight during the nomination task. Arun Mashettey and Munawar Faruqui also got into a verbal spat.

The episode begun with housemates waking up to the Bigg Boss anthem. Ankita was seen telling Vicky that whenever she sees him, she feels love is blind. Ayesha discussed Munawar with Vicky and Ankita. The couple suggested she give closure to her relationship with Munawar and not wait till she goes out of the house. Later, Vicky commented on Ankita performing yoga, while other housemates praised Mannara’s gymnastic skills. Ankita then mentioned a phase in her life wherein she was a fitness freak. She revealed that she used to walk 8 to 12 kilometres per day often. But Vicky gestured stating that she was lying, which irked her. Ankita hit him with a pillow and during the heated argument, she said she would go out of his life as she took her for granted. She was also heard saying that she feels demotivated by her husband, and she will make firm decisions about their relationship after she goes out.

Further, upset Ayesha told everyone to nominate her because she wanted to go home. Munawar tried to console her and told her not to go out without proving herself. To which, she said that she didn’t want to prove anything. Later, Bigg Boss called the contestants out to the activity area for the nomination task. He also announced that Aoora's captaincy was over, and since he was the last captain, he would go first to nominate any contestant. Aoora nominated Ayesha, and the latter also nominated him stating that he is unfit for the game. Aoora then nominated Abhishek, who nominated Samarth stating that he keeps poking him all the time. Samarth nominated Munawar, while the latter nominated Arun saying that he has no game of himself. Arun then broke the chain which led to a verbal spat between him and Munawar. Arun didn't want to nominate Vicky, Ankita and Mannara; Munawar taunted him saying that he was taking care of his boss (Vicky).

Further Isha and Abhishek began to abuse each other. Isha told him that he was mental and would break a TV and get beaten up by his father. Abhishek also gave her back by stating that her mother knows what her daughter really is. Isha continued bashing him, "Family week me thappad padege papa se". Samarth also joined the fight and commented, "Baap ka gutterchap ladka" and "Baap ka mental ladka" which left Abhishek further provoked. Abhishek requested Bigg Boss to allow him to go out of the activity area as he felt claustrophobic. Bigg Boss advised him to stay calm.

Samarth told Munawar the name of the doctor from whom Abhishek is seeking treatment for his mental health. Abhishek requested Bigg Boss to allow him to go out of the activity room because he was feeling claustrophobic. Bigg Boss advised him to stay calm and further announced that Abhishek, Aoora, Munawar, Ayesha, Arun, and Samarth are nominated for this week as Arun broke the chain. Abhishek lost calm and Ankita, Mannara, Ayesha and Vicky were seen consoling him. Ankita told Ayesha that her late ex-boyfriend Sushant Singh Rajput also used to feel claustrophobic and claimed that Abhishek was just acting.

Mannara and Samarth discussed Munawar wherein the former said that the stand-up comedian is cowardly and opportunistic. Samarth agreed and added that Munawar just wants to be in everybody’s good books. Towards the end of the episode, Samarth hurt Isha during a pillow fight. Isha then tried to beat Samarth, and the latter said he doesn’t like this and taunted her saying it is because you are used to it. Irked Isha told him not to drag her past into all this. Both got into an argument and the episode ended there.
