Bigg Boss 17: Ankita calls Sushant Singh Rajput claustrophobic years after slamming Rhea for similar claim; gets trolled

Back in 2020, actress Rhea Chakraborty made headlines when she revealed that her late actor boyfriend Sushant Singh Rajput suffered from claustrophobia and took unprescribed medicines for the same. Back then, Sushant’s ex-girlfriend and TV star Ankita Lokhande had taken a direct dig at Rhea by sharing a video of him learning to fly a plane. Along with this clip, Ankita had written: “Is this #claustrophobia ? u always wanted to fly and u did it .😊.” Under this post, many netizens had accused Rhea of lying. Well, it seems like Ankita has now forgotten that she had once denied claims of Sushant’s claustrophobia.

In a recent episode of Bigg Boss 17, where she is a contestant this year, Ankita stated that Sushant was claustrophobic. This came up during nominations when Abhishek Kumar said he was feeling claustrophobic. Ankita told housemates that he is lying and to support this she added that Sushant was suffering from claustrophobia so she knows how that actually looks. A netizen has now reshared her post from 2020, calling out Ankita for denying Rhea’s statement about Sushant.

Several netizens are now accusing Ankita of playing the sympathy card in the show, by constantly taking Sushant’s name. A Twitter user shared, “Why does she keep talking about SSR in the first place and discussing what he was or wasnt how is it related to her stint in the show unless she wants to keep using him to gain advantage/ sympathy”, whereas another claimed, “Now She is playing sympathy card.” A third nasty tweet read: “Bhai pagal ho gyi hai Ye pagal ladies SSR ke naam pr kitna sympathy lege & uske Naam per kab tak Ghar chalayegi 🤮”, while another netizen wrote: “Really??! Shocked to see this. And I dont know, why she talk abr SSR in every episode. Few times are okay, but not every day!”

Meanwhile a majority of netizens want Ankita to stop taking Sushant’s name on the reality show.
