Bigg Boss 16: Manya Singh calls Priyanka Chahar Choudhary & Ankit Gupta's romance 'fake', praises THIS contestant

Bigg Boss 16’s latest episode saw Manya Singh being evicted from the show. The beauty pageant winner was seen spilling the beans on her journey inside the show as well as on some of the contestants. Amongst other things, Manya was quick to call the romance angle of Priyanka Chahar Choudhary and Ankit Gupta to be fake in the show.

Talking about the same, Manya Singh was seen telling Bollywood Spy that contrary to what Priyanka Chahar Choudhary and Ankit Gupta are telling about their relationship on the show, she thinks that the duo was already dating from outside the show. Manya said that Ankit and Priyanka were already in a relationship from outside the show and that they are just pretending to turn into lovers from friends on the show to latch on to footage through the same. Manya said that she thinks this romance angle is being used by the Udaariyan actors to move ahead in the game.

Apart from this, Manya Singh was all praises for Shiv Thakare ’s act on Bigg Boss 16. The Miss India runner-up said that she was the happiest when Shiv became the captain of the house since he was fair and a good person. She also added that Shiv tried his best to maintain a good relationship with everyone on the show.

Manya Singh was often accused of ‘flaunting’ her Miss India title on the show but the beauty pageant winner defended herself by saying that she was just protecting the dignity of her title when someone misbehaved or insulted her. She also added that she isn’t an arrogant person, contrary to how she came across on the show. On her ugly spat with Soundarya Sharma, Manya told BollywoodLife, “There is nothing wrong. Soundarya Sharma is not genuine. On the show, she is pretending to be naive which she is not. She has got into the love angle to go ahead on the show. Moreover, she does not speak for herself. She fires the gun from someone else's shoulder."

Manya Singh had first come under the radar of some angry netizens during her fight with now-evicted contestant Sreejita De. Manya was seen telling her that she is just a ‘TV actress’ whereas she represented the country. Many members of the TV fraternity also called out her after the particular episode.
