Arshi Khan is happy about Mika Singh’s Swayamvar show; says ‘I will wait for the next year’

Swayamvar shows are a like a break for the audience from soap operas and other reality shows. May it be Rakhi Ka Swayamwar, Rahul Mahajan ka Swayamwar or Shehnaaz Gill and Paras Chhabra ’s Mujhse Shaadi Karoge -- they have all been quite entertaining for fans. Well, actress Arshi Khan was all set to join the list with her show ‘Ayenge Tere Sajna’, which would have followed her journey of finding a soul mate. While Arshi’s show sadly never took off because of date issues, singer Mika Singh’s Swayamvar show 'Mika Di Vohti' was announced earlier this month.

In a recent chat with ETimes, Arshi congratulated the singer and shared that she will wait for next year. She was quoted saying, “I'm happy that finally the Swayamvar show is happening. I'm also happy that one of the best Bollywood singers will be finding his bride on it. I will wait for the next year. I'm not in hurry to be in a relationship or to get married. My team was in talks with the makers but I couldn't manage to find time.”

The actress, known for her participation in Salman Khan ’s reality show Bigg Boss , further revealed that her complete focus is now on acting. She shared that she is getting good feedback for her digital series and is also working in Punjabi and Haryanvi songs. Arshi stated, “I'm enjoying it. That's how I realised that it was not the correct time to get into a show to find a life partner as of now.”

Arshi is also having a great time learning wrestling from The Great Khali.
