Arjun Bijlani and Ranbir Kapoor ’s sweet moment from the TV show Ravivaar with Star Parivaar recently took social media by storm as the former classmates and childhood friends reunited. Ranbir showered praises on Arjun who was hosting the show where he had arrived to promote his upcoming film Shamshera and the Bollywood star left everyone on set pleasantly surprised as he spoke about his childhood friendship with Arjun.

The Roohaniyat actor said in an interview that reuniting on the show with Ranbir was special and that though they were talking about completely different things off camera, they didn’t need to show that when the cameras started rolling during shoot.
Speaking about Ranbir’s visit to the show Arjun told ETimes, “I felt at that time he’s coming on the show to promote his film and though I am his childhood friend, we don’t need to show that. I felt there was no need to show off those things, he is coming on the show and I need to do my job as a host. Obviously, offscreen we were talking about different things. Neither, I told my production house to plan a moment between Ranbir and me.”
Arjun further added that Ranbir’s praise for him was spontaneous and felt him overwhelmed and that at the time the best way for him to cherish that moment was to give his friend a hug.
On the show, Ranbir had interrupted Arjun while he was hosting the show and showering praises on the Shamshera actor and said, “Arjun yahan pe log jaante nahi hain ki aap aur main bachpan se ek doosre ko jaante hain. Hum same school mein they, same class mein they hum football mein same house mein bhi they. And it feels so great to see everything that you're doing. And the fact that you're a father and you're such a great host. And all the work that you do, it's really heartwarming to see a colleague of mine, a friend of mine doing so well.”
