Earlier today, rumour mills started doing the rounds that Indian television’s favourite couple Priyanka Chahar Choudhary and Ankit Gupta are all set to tie the knot later this year. While some fans were excited, others waited for an official confirmation from the couple. However, Priyanka took to her social media handle to rubbish these rumours in a hilarious manner.

Talking about the same, Priyanka took to her Instagram stories to write, “It’s March!!! But Lagta hai kuch media portals ka April’s Fool jaldi aagaya” along with a sweating emoji. According to the speculations, Priyanka and Ankit were planning to tie the knot around November or December this year. Their fans also started reacting to the same. A netizen said, “Media portals are the biggest scam in today’s world … Do they even think abt seriousness of wht they post. Priyanka and Ankit started sharing a close bond while working on the TV show Udaariyan. They were also seen on Bigg Boss 16 wherein their equation was further appreciated by fans. However, they never confessed to dating and have maintained that they are just good friends.
