Ankit Gupta reveals he suffered from depression while talking about Tunisha Sharma’s death; says ‘woh ek moment..’

Just 15 days after her break up with Ali Baba: Dastaan-E-Kabul co-star Sheezan Mohammed Khan, actress Tunisha Sharma bid the world a final adieu from the set of their show. She was just 20 years old and her untimely demise sent shock waves across the television industry as well as the country. Many actors reacted to this news on social media including Kamya Punjabi. Condemning Tunisha’s actions, she tweeted: “What’s with today’s generation?Thodi toh himmat rakho to deal with ur issues, ur problems?Why give up on life so easily?”

Kamya further asked, “Why are they so weak?Pls think abt ur parents before taking such a drastic step,pls give some importance to them too they suffer more than death #TunishaSharma.” Well, post his eviction from Bigg Boss 16 , actor Ankit Gupta has now reacted to Tunisha’s suicide. In a chat with the paparazzi, Ankit shared, “This is actually very very shocking. Somebody who is just 20 and committed suicide.” The Udaariyaan star went on to reveal that he too suffered from depression in the past so he can connect.

Ankit explained, “Hota kya hai ki woh ek moment hota hai. Agar woh moment pass ho jaaye ya uss moment mein aap kisi se baat kar paao ya aapko koi uss moment mein samjha paaye.. woh ek moment nikal jaaye naa toh fir aap itna bada decision life ka nahi loge.” He added that no matter what happens, our life and our parents should be kept above all else. Ankit also requested everyone watching the video to take care of their mental as well as physical health.

The actor was voted out recently by his fellow Bigg Boss 16 contestants for having the least contribution in the reality show this season. Not just his BFF Priyanka Chahar Choudhary but even netizens were sad to see him go and felt the eviction was unfair.
