Sonam Kapoor and Arjun Kapoor were the siblings on Karan Johar’s Koffee couch on Raksha Bandhan and the duo spilled many secrets of the Kapoor fam along with a lot of sass. The actress who is due to deliver her first baby with husband Anand Ahuja marked her return on Koffee With Karan 7 after a controversial appearance alongside Deepika Padukone in season 4 and we have to say she’s still got!

The actress couldn’t stop trolling cousin Arjun Kapoor on the show and ended up calling his recent film Ek Villain Returns a ‘thirst trap’ in an effort to promote the film. Well, all Sonam Managed to do was to irk Arjun who couldn’t believe what Sonam was saying about his film. The episode was shot before Ek Villain Return’s theatrical release and the actress clearly took the wrong hints from the promotions.

Sonam after telling Arjun, ‘Ek Villain Returns looks good’ went on to unintentionally bash the film to the point of not even knowing who has produced it. “I think they all look hot now. That’s it right for this Ek Villain?”

Arjun interjected and told Karan, “I think you’ll have to cut this immediately,” to which Sonam responded saying, “Sorry, it’s a thirst trap film.” She further added, “Come one there’s John, Tara, you and Disha.” Sonam did fail to recall the director and after hilarious to and fro , Arju announced, “Sonam is back ladies and gentlemen, at my cost.”

He went on add, “You’re a mess yaar Sonam. Matlab I thought she’ll do it for somebody else and to somebody else. It had just let my guard down and she has …”

When Sonam explained that she just wanted to promote the film, an agitated Arjun hilariously added, “You’ve said that film is just about hot people. You’ve dismissed the film also. I’m trying to saying I want to earn respect from the audience, I am trying to say I want to get better work. I want to be more responsible and you’re like ‘yeah, yeah yeah’.”

Karan Johar, in the meantime, couldn’t stop rolling on his couch laughing before he managed to move the siblings away from the debate.

Ek Villain Returns released in cinemas in July and after a decent opening on its first weekend the film failed at the box office.
