Panchayat Season 3 - Jitendra Kumar, Neena Gupta, Raghubir Yadav starrer to be released on THIS date!

After the runaway success of the Jitendra Kumar starrer Panchayat season one and season two, the makers today took to social media and gave the news for which the fans were so eagerly waiting for! We are indeed talking about the release date of Panchayat Season 3.

Today, Prime Video took to social media and announced the release date as May 28. They captioned the post stating, ‘You moved the laukis, we unlocked your reward! #PanchayatOnPrime S3, May 28 @theviralfever @arunabhkumar @deepakmishra18 @chandan_jpg @shreyansh.pandey @koshyvijay @iamsanvikaa @realpankajjha’.

Those who are following the makers on social media will be aware of the fact that, since the last few days, they have been regularly teasing the viewers with the release date of Panchayat Season 3. Well… even the process adopted by Prime Video in order to reveal the release date was damn unusual… They did it in the typical Phulera-style!

For the unversed, Prime Video took to social media and had gone ahead and invited the viewers/ netizens in order to join an online harvest festival. There was even a dedicated website for the same. The website was www.panchayat3date.com. Thanks to the immense popularity of the series, the very moment the said website was uploaded, the response garnered for the same was exponential.

In a statement which was sent out to the media personnel, Manish Menghani (Prime Video India's director of content licensing), said that the series of Panchayat had struck a chord with viewers all around the world and made it one of the most popular Indian Amazon Originals. He added that the film's straightforward storyline which was rooted in the leisurely pace of village life and intricately weaved the charming satire of the everyday struggles endured by the people of Phulera.

As for the starcast, it stars Jitendra Kumar in the main lead role. Besides him, there is also Sanvikaa, Faisal Malik, Raghubir Yadav, Neena Gupta, and the veteran actor Neena Gupta who will be seen in the series. Besides Hindi, Panchayat 3 will also be available on Prime Video in other languages like Malayalam, Kannada, Tamil and Telugu (the dubbed version).
