OTT Play Awards 2022: Ashwini Iyer Tiwari trembles giving Manoj Bajpayee Award: 'Please work with me one day'

Manoj Bajpayee won the Best Actor Award (Jury) for The Family Man 2 and had a rather sweet moment with Jury member Ashwini Iyer Tiwari on stage as she presented him the award. Ashwini while announcing the winner was rather happy to share stage with Manoj and said she trembling giving him the trophy.

Along with her sweet fan moment with Manoj, Ashwini also added that she’s happy to present him with the trophy because she wants to work with him one day. The actor went on to give a great speech where he applauded the nation’s first pan Indian award show which is inclusive which represents all regions.

The heaped praises on actors and makers of South industry saying that he wasn’t sure if they watched Hindi shows and films but he certainly followed all South content on OTT.

Thanking the makers of The Family Man, Raj and DK, Manoj added that he doesn’t like the fact that they are working with other actors on new projects. “There’s never a dull moment with these two, and I am so jealous that there are projects where you are working with other actors and I am not there. You are like my two wives, I don’t want to … (share),” he said.

Manoj further added that the actors who plays his kids on the show are now in their teens and said that the actress playing his daughter is now nearly 20 and hoped that the show will go on till she is married off.
