Lock Upp: Sara Khan's ex-husband Ali Merchant to enter Kangana Ranaut’s jail as the newest prisoner

Back in the year 2010, actress Sara Khan tied the nuptial knot with boyfriend Ali Merchant inside Salman Khan ’s reality show Bigg Boss season 4, where the two were participating as contestants. It was a lavish ceremony and the love birds looked quite happy. But just two months later they decided to part ways, and Sara claimed that their marriage was a nightmare. Well, Ali is now all set to enter Kangana Ranaut ’s reality show Lock Upp , where Sara is already a celebrity prisoner.

In a chat with ETimes, Ali opened up about sharing the screen once again with his ex wife. He was quoted saying, “I feel this is the format of this show where she has to be there. I am sure she is also there to reinvent herself. I hope she believes in that and I hope she sees that in a positive way which is better for her and her future. And if she doesn't, then it's her loss.” He went on to call Munawar Faruqui his favorite contestant and described the comedian as real, raw and mischievous.

A few days ago in another interview, Ali had stated that Sara was his first love. Talking about their divorce, he claimed that there were a lot of negative energies which the two could not deal with as a couple because they were not emotionally powerful. Well, reality shows can be quite unpredictable. We wonder if Ali and Sana will keep their differences aside and play together, or play against one another. Or could they maybe rekindle their romance?
