Lock Upp: Kaaranvir Bohra's wife Teejay bashes Mandana Karimi for accusing her husband of inappropriate behaviour

Lock Upp contestant and television actor Kaaranvir Bohra ’s wife Teejay Sidhu recently bashed his co-contestant Mandana Karimi for trying to character assassinate her husband on the reality show.

In the recent episode, Kaaranvir and Mandana had an ugly fight when the latter accused him of behaving inappropriately on an excuse for discussing a script with her. Later, when Kaaranvir confronted her, she pleaded not guilty saying that she did not consider him a friend, but she loves his wife Teejay and their children.

Now, Teejay responded to Mandana’s allegation against her husband in an interview with Etimes TV. She said, "They just met in 2020. She's the one who supported Anurag Kashyap during the entire #MeToo movement and wrote a long letter on her social media supporting him and now she's accusing KV just on the basis of the vibe. She wrote in the letter that women are exploiting the power that we fought for and now what is she doing. What kind of a woman does this make her?"

Teejay expressed how disappointed she is with her behaviour. "If she's such a good friend of mine, which she's claiming, would she make such statements? I would never go to a person's house if I felt their husband gave me a funny vibe. My daughters adore her, she has come to our house so often. I don't know why she's swearing at my children. Do not swear on my daughters, they are not your children. I don't know if I am more shocked, or disappointed than how Mandana of all people could do this. She's someone I trusted. I welcomed her into my family and it makes me so sad."

Further, she supported her statement by giving naming a few of Kaaranvir’s co-stars including Mouni Roy , Shruti Seth, Surbhi Chandna , Shweta Tiwari , and Surbhi Jyoti, among others, with who he shares friendly relationships. She added that her husband is well aware of the behaviour he has to follow when he is alone with a girl.
