Duranga 2 Trailer: Amit Sadh and Gulshan Devaiah promise a gripping twist and suspense in the second season

Amit Sadh and Gulshan Devaiah starrer Duranga is set for second season. The makers have finally unveiled the trailer, inviting the viewers to the dark world of mysteries again. The first season ended on mysterious note and upcoming second season of the psychological thriller primises thrilling and intense drama with a lot of twists and turns.

The trailer starts with Abhishek (Gulshan Devaiah) and Ira (Drashti Dhami)offering prayer while he tries to make a confession about his past, which she refuses to listen to. On the other hand, Sammit (Amid Sadh) emerges from the comma, resulting in an epic showdown between him and Abhishek as they each strive to reclaim their identities. Sharing the trailer on Instagram, ZEE5 penned, "Enter the dark world of mysteries once again! Dive into the world of Duranga season 2, premieres 24th Oct only on ZEE5 (sic)." Soon after the netizens flooded the comment section with excitement.

Talking about the new season Gulshan daid that this time viewers will witness the depths of his character. “They will witness resilience, the complexities of his relationships, and the unravelling of his own identity. The team has put in immense effort to make this sequel even more gripping and captivating. I truly believe that this sequel will surpass all expectations and leave audiences spellbound.” he said in a statement. Amit Sadh added, “This season, we dive even deeper into the psyche of this character, exploring the twisted motivations which will unveil the secrets that lie beneath the surface.”

The psychological thriller is directed by Rohan Sippy and also features Abhijeet Khandkekar, Rajesh Khattar, and Barkha Bisht in pivotal roles. The first season of the series turned out to be a surprise hit when it was released on ZEE5. It is reportedly the Indian adaptation of the Korean drama Flower Of Evil. The upcoming second season is set to premiere on ZEE5 on October 24, 2023.
