Bigg Boss OTT 2: Jiya Shankar jokes about paying money to defame Manisha Rani, says '1 crore diye'

Jiya Shankar seems to have had enough of the nasty trolls which she has been facing ever since she came out of the Bigg Boss OTT 2 house. She shared a video directed towards the fans of her co-contestant Manisha Rani and also to the Abhisha fans who ship Manisha and Abhisek Malhan. Jiya addressed the allegations of her allegedly trying to defame Manisha by paying a large sum of money to a paparazzi.

Talking about the same, some Abhisha fans have reportedly alleged that Jiya Shankar has allegedly paid Rs 4 lakh to an eminent paparazzi to defame Manisha Rani. The Pisachini actress shared a video to post a clarification on the same. Jiya can be seen telling in Hindi, “This is to all the Manisha and Abhisha fans out there. What is going on guys? You might have your own favorites but others might also have another favorite. But that doesn’t mean that you will spread false news that I have given Rs 4 lakh to defame Manisha. I have given 1 crore. At least find out the truth before spreading anything.” Even though the actress was visibly joking, she surely took a sharp dig at Manisha and Abhisha fans. For the unversed, many fans of Manisha Rani and Abhisha have been at loggerheads with Jiya Shankar’s behavior right from when she was on Bigg Boss OTT 2. They alleged that Jiya’s personality was fake and that she is not a true friend to Abhishek Malhan. They also go on to call the Ved actress a snake. Some fans also called Jiya visiting Abhishek at the hospital with her mother to be a publicity stunt. There have been numerous fan wars between Abhisha and the Abhiya fans out there.

On the work front, Jiya Shankar is rumored to have been approached for Bigg Boss 17. Some sources even suggest that the actress is confirmed to enter the main show. Her co-contestants Abhishek Malhan, Manisha Rani, and Bebika Dhurve might join her.
