'Bigg Boss has lost their credibility' : Netizens furious after Falaq Naaz becomes the captain of the house on Bigg Boss OTT 2

The fans of Bigg Boss OTT 2 have been left furious after contestant Falaq Naaz was appointed the new captain of the house. Netizens are calling out the process to be highly unfair since they are finding it difficult to believe that Cyrus Broacha who had selected Falaq as a captaincy contender got more votes for his content than Abhishek Malhan aka Fukra Insaan who had selected Akanksha Puri as a captaincy contender. For the unversed, the episode saw Bigg Boss leaving the decision in the hands of the audience to vote between the two pairs regarding content creation.

While Cyrus Broacha and Falaq Naaz did a roast video on all the contestants, Abhishek Malhan and Akanksha Puri did 3 skits on different situations on the show. Later Bigg Boss announced that the audience had selected Cyrus’ content as the winning one and thus Falaq became the captain of the house. However, the netizens are unwilling to agree with the same since many claim that Abhishek enjoys a massive fan following compared to Cyrus.

One of the netizens stated, “Bigg Boss has lost their credibility from past few years.. every thing is in makers hand n it's pre-decided.. same year same drama nepotism, unfair n all... Still tag line is janta hai asli boss.” While a user went on to add, “Ofcourse Cyrus and Pooja are favourites of Bigg Boss.... they'll be given more importance than other contestants.... didn't you saw on the first day how they changed Abhisek's ranking and after that inside house also other contestants think him as "Vella.” A netizen furthermore said, “I think this will be worst bigg boss season after bb15.” A user took a sharp dig at Falaq Naaz saying, “Drama queen Falaq captain ban gayi to tevar change ho gaye.mummy ban rahi hai.”

Earlier, netizens were also miffed with the eviction of Puneet Superstar. Many fans announced that they were boycotting Bigg Boss OTT 2 if the comedian is not brought back on the show. He was evicted after majority of the contestants voted that they cannot adjust on the show along with him.
