‘You connected me to god’: Divya Agarwal travels to Banaras with fiancé Apurva; netizens have mixed reactions

Divya Agarwal and Varun Sood, who fell in love during a reality show, were couple goals for several years. Even after they parted ways, for the longest time their fans and followers hoped they would get back together again. That obviously didn’t happen because last year on her 30th birthday, the Bigg Boss OTT winner got engaged to engineer turned businessman Apurva Padgaonkar. They dated years ago and even after breaking up continued to be an important part of each other’s lives. Then in December 2022, they decided to make things official.

The two are currently busy enjoying each other’s company as they fall even more in love. Well, in her recent social media post, Divya revealed that they are in Kashi, Banaras. Along with an adorable picture featuring her and her fiancé, the actress wrote: “After my dad passed away, I was really disconnected from God. I still remember how as a family we used to go and do all the mandir darshan around us.. @apurva.insta you connected me to god and life again n now I want to see every temple and just count blessings… Varanasi has such a beautiful place in my heart… dad always said- Banaras jaisi jagah kahi nahi n now I know… love my life❤️.”

In the comment section below, Divya and Apurva's friends as well as fans showered love. While Rashami Desai and RJ Anmol dropped heart emojis, Pavitra Punia wrote: “❤️❤️❤️❤️🧿🧿🧿🧿no evil eyes please.” However, many netizens once again trolled Divya. For instance, one social media user shared, “Itni jldi kaise pyr ho jata h itna serious🙂🔪”, whereas another comment read: “Yah post to @apurva.insta ne add v nhi kiya😂😂usko bhi pata hain ki mera to kate ga hi.. Toh yah sab nhi karna hi behetar.” Meanwhile, a Varun fan wrote: “Mam jisne help kiya uska hi kaat diya aapne @varunsood12😢😢.”
