Wait for The Kapil Sharma Show's return extended, season to feature new faces this time?

Kapil Sharma and team are busy entertaining the world with their live shows at the moment and are being missed by their fans in India on the TV screens. The Kapil Sharma Show will be back through but we will have to wait for a couple of months before we can see the comedian and his team engage with Bollywood celebrities again.

Latest reports suggest that The Kapil Sharma Show , which was scheduled to return to Sony TV in August has now been pushed for a September premiere. The news of the comedy show facing delays comes days after a couple of gigs for the team getting cancelled in the U.S.A. The team will be in America till the end of July and according to the Indian Express the decision is still pending on whether the group will extend the tour or not.

In the past few weeks, Krushna Abhishek, Kiku Sharda , Sumona Chakravarti, Rajiv Thakur, Chandan Prabhakar and Kapil Sharma have performing in Canadian cities like Toronto and Vancouver. A tour of Australia has also been planned for the team in the first week of September.

As for the TV show, India's Laughter Challenge is covering the slot for The Kapil Sharma Show at the moment. Kaun Banega Crorepati 14 with Amitabh Bachchan will also begin in August and now Indian Idol and The Kapil Sharma Show have been scheduled to arrive at the same time in September. Kapil's show will continue to occupy the 9:30 time slot on TV on the weekends.

The makers of The Kapil Sharma Show also plan on introducing a few more cast members in the new season. However, things regarding the new season will only be finalized when Kapil is back in the county. 

Apart from the show, Kapil also has a web series and a movie with Nandita Das in the pipeline.
