Rupali Ganguly’s stepdaughter Esha Verma pens heartfelt note for real mom after calling out Anupamaa actress; calls her ‘strongest person’
Actress Rupali Ganguly is someone who has been the TV land’s undisputed superstar. Her daily show ‘Anupama’, has been the number one show on television for a couple of years now. One may call it an irony of the highest order. While on the show, Rupali Ganguly preaches and teaches the importance of family, respect, love and relationships, but, in real life, things are seeming to be just the opposite for her.

A few hours ago, Rupali Ganguly’s stepdaughter Esha Varma had, in an interview with Hindustan Times, stated that she stands by her social media post that she had uploaded in 2020. It was the same post, wherein she had almost lashed out at Rupali Ganguly and also termed her to be the cause of rifts in many relationships.
On the other hand, Esha Varma took to social media and posted a photograph of her mother with her. She then took to the caption section and posted, ‘To my mom, the strongest person I know. You endured so much and fought hard to build a better life for us, even when things were incredibly tough. I am sorry you had to go through everything you did, and, I want to recognise your resilience and determination’.
She added, ‘Despite the pain and damage you found the light and pushed through it. I am grateful everyday for everything you have done and the strength you have shown me. Thank you, mom, for always being there’.
On the other hand, there was Esha Varma’s father Ashwin K Verma who took to social media and in a reply of sorts, posted, ‘I do have daughters from previous relationships—something Rupali and I have always been transparent about, and I care deeply about them. I understand that my younger daughter continues to feel hurt about the end of her parents' relationship, as divorce is an incredibly challenging experience for children’.
He added, ‘Marriages end for a variety of reasons, and the difficulties in my previous marriage were between my former partner and me—unrelated to any other person. I only wish for my children's well-being and for peace within my family. It saddens me to see individuals dragged into media-driven negativity’.
