‘Rohit sheety ki police lgri hai’: Uorfi Javed arrested for wearing short clothes, video leaves netizens divided

Bigg Boss OTT star and former television actress Uorfi Javed is a bold personality, who doesn’t shy away from expressing herself through fashion. It all started on the Karan Johar hosted reality show, where she first made a dress out of garbage bags. She has been trolled time and again for thinking out of the box and was even shamed publicly at the airport some time back. However, she has never let any of this come in the way of her creative awakening and evolution. But what will she do when law enforcing authorities come into the picture?

We are talking about the latest paparazzi video shared this morning, which has taken social media by storm. In the clip, which is now going viral on the internet, Uorfi is called out from a cafe by two female police officers. She is then told to accompany them to the police station. When Uorfi asked what the problem was, one of the lady cops said: “Itne chhote chhote kapde pehen kar subha subha kaun ghoomta hai?” Uorfi told them that what she wears is her wish but this did not stop them from escorting her to the police car forcefully.

In the comment section below, netizens are divided. Some came out in Uorfi’s support. For instance, one social media user wrote: “God bless you urfi . Don't worry sending positivity. Ye samaj nanga hai chup ke porn dekhta hai or social media pe aake sanksruti ka gyan chodta hai . so its okay ignore hatets”, whereas another shared, “Fake police......they r arresting her just for skimpy clothes....their r numerous celebrities including Mouni n disha, who always go out in Skippy clothes.” Meanwhile many others cracked jokes, convinced that the two cops are fake. One netizen wrote: “Real police km or rohit sheety ki police zyda lgri hai .. 💀😄”, while another nasty comment read: “Pls arrest sherlin chopra too.” A third netizen wrote: “Real police nahi lag rahi he Rohit Shetty valihe😂😂😂😂.”
