Updated : February 18, 2022 10:21 AM ISTThe first two episodes of Tejasswi Prakash’s new show Naagin 6 aired on television last weekend and received a lot of love from fans.
Even before actress Tejasswi Prakash had lifted the trophy of Salman Khan ’s reality show Bigg Boss 15 , the beauty had bagged the lead role in the latest season of Ekta Kapoor’s supernatural thriller series, Naagin 6. It was a night of double victory for her as well as her fans. Well, ever since Tejasswi stepped out of the BB house, she has been incredibly busy with shooting because her show launched just last week. In fact, she was reportedly working on Valentine’s Day and her boyfriend Karan Kundrra even revealed that sometimes when he picks her up from work, she sleeps in the car on their way home due to exhaustion.
But Tejasswi is happy that her hard work is paying off. Talking to ETimes, she shared, “This season's theme is very hatke. And because it is a lot more different from the previous ones, the kind of response that we have got has been very encouraging.” She went on to add, “I was super excited but also nervous, because Naagin is a huge project to carry. So I am extremely elated that people are loving me on the show. Expectations are high and there is pressure as well to carry the franchise forward. And I am obviously happy that everyone's efforts are paying off.”
While Tejasswi is winning hearts as Pratha, a simple and sweet girl-next-door who only cares about finding a good job, her co-star Mahekk Chahal has left the audience in awe of her stunning Shesh Naagin avatar. Tejasswi’s BB15 housemate Simba Nagpal, on the other hand, has impressed fans as Rishabh the army officer. The first two episodes have received a lot of love and audiences have high expectations from the story-line, which has been inspired by the COVID-19 pandemic. Let’s see how the story progresses!
