Naagin 6 teaser: Shesh Naagin aka Mahekk Chahal accused of being a traitor; how will she save the world now?

In the first two episodes of Ekta Kapoor’s show Naagin 6, fans were introduced to the three main characters of the story-- Shesh Naagin, played by Mahekk Chahal, Pratha, portrayed by Tejasswi Prakash and army officer Rishabh aka Simba Nagpal. A professor summons Shesh Naagin in order to save the world from a pandemic, which is the result of a biological warfare started by neighboring country Chingistan. Her task is to look for an antidote after finding asurs (traitors), who are behind the war, and killing them. Meanwhile Pratha, who got a job as a wedding planner, saves Rishabh’s life.

Well, before the show was launched, Mahekk had revealed that she and Tejasswi will both be seen in positive roles as Icchadhari Naagins. In the first two episodes this revelation was proven after the professor asked Mahekk aka the Shesh Naagin for help to save the world. However, the latest promo of this week’s episode tells us another story! As Mahekk’s character attacks an asur and is about to kill him, he accuses her of spreading the pandemic. The caption below this promo reads: “Kainaat ko bachaane waali Naagin par mahamaari failaane ka laga ilzaam, kya yeh saazish ke peeche hai uska haath?”

In earlier seasons of Ekta’s supernatural thriller series, we saw many characters turn from heroes to villains and vice versa. Could it be possible that Mahekk’s character is actually a villain and will be the reason why Tejasswi aka Pratha takes her Naagin form?
