How many is too many? Tejasswi Prakash roped in to play a third character in Naagin 6 after Pratha and Kiara; Read details

The sixth and much awaited season of Ekta Kapoor ’s supernatural thriller series Naagin premiered on television earlier this year, soon after Bigg Boss 15 came to an end. Even before being announced as the winner of Salman Khan’s controversial reality show, actress Tejasswi Prakash had already bagged the lead role in Naagin 6 . Well, in the last few months we have seen her in many avatars-- the sweet Pratha, the fierce Sarvashreshth Shesh Naagin and her fake but adorable new identity Kiara Sharma who had an accent that social media couldn’t get enough of.

Well, since Pratha has now killed her sister Mahek, the show will see a time leap. Audiences will now be introduced to Pratha’s daughter Prathna, who was not murdered and is still very much alive. She will take the story forward. A new character means an exciting wardrobe change! Much to our delight, Ekta shared a brief sneak peek of Tejasswi getting ready to be Prathna, which is her third character on the show. Along with a clip featuring her new avatar, Ekta shared, “Shesh nagin now is her daughter too in the impending leap!!!! N @ekbyekta is so happy to dress this vivacious actor who is India’s sweetheart @tejasswiprakash.”

Apart from Tejasswi’s incredible performance, Mahek’s badass character and the unique new story-line, another reason why Ekta’s show became a hit this season is Pratha’s on-screen chemistry with Simba Nagpal aka Rishabh Gujral. While Tejasswi had three roles, Simba was seen in a double role-- Rishabh and his evil twin Shakti. Well, we can’t wait to see what new character Simba will get to play in the new track of Naagin 6.
