No matter which controversy he found himself in, Bigg Boss OTT winner Elvish Yadav was always clear with his fans. May it be the time he assaulted Maxtern or the time he was accused of supplying snake venom at his parties– he always had a statement ready for his followers. But despite denying allegations twice in the snake venom case, he was arrested last weekend. According to police sources, during questioning Elvish even admitted that he did supply snake venom at rave parties as a recreational drug. As a result, the Noida police got his 14 day judicial custody.

Meanwhile, Elvish’s lawyer Prashant Rathi has claimed that the YouTuber is innocent and was framed. He stated that no evidence was found against Elvish which would prove that he had any involvement in the snake venom case. Well, the content creator will soon be out after completing some legal formalities. However, at the end of this month Elvish will reportedly be produced in the Gurugram court for assaulting Sagar Thakur, better known as Maxtern, in a video which went viral earlier this month. Elvish had accused Maxtern of threatening to burn his family alive, which apparently made him take this violent step.
