After losing her brother to Covid-19 last year, now Nikki Tamboli tests positive with heavy symptoms; shares note for fans

Actress Nikki Tamboli has confirmed with her latest post that she has tested positive for Covid-19. The former Khatron Ke Khiladi ad Bigg Boss contestant shared a note and asked those who have been contact with her recently to get tested.
As, for herself, Nikki shared that she’s quarantined herself after testing positive and her fans poured in concerned messages in the comments and prayed for her speedy recovery. Nikki is rumoured to be a contestant on the new season on the dance reality show Jhalak Dikhla Jaa where she could compete against other celebrity contestants to win the title on the show which is returning to TV after a long while.
Nikki wrote, “ Hello Everyone, I have tested positive for Covid- 19 with heavy symptoms. Post the confirmation, I have quarantined myself where I am taking necessary precautions. Humble request to the one's who have come in my contact to get themselves tested at the earliest! and urge people to wear mask and continue to follow the Covid protocols.”
Tragically, Nikki had lost her brother Jatin Tamboli to Covid-19 complications last year. The actress has had a hard time dealing with the loss but despite the hurt she joined Khatron Ke Khiladi 11 as a participant to fulfil her late brother’s wish.
Her fans are now excited to see her perform on Jhalak as the show returns to TV after a long time. The season is rumoured to have Shah Rukh Khan , Kajol and Farah Khan as judges but looks like for Nikki, all work on that front will have to wait till she has fully recovered.
With Covid-19 cases on the rise again, states like Maharashtra and New Delhi are on alert which have previously also recorded a high volume of cases.
