Abdu Rozik has literally become India’s sweetheart after his successful stint on Bigg Boss 16. Now, there is yet another exciting news for his fans wherein he will be making his debut on Hindi television. Yes, you heard that right, the Kazakhstan-based singer will be having a cameo appearance on the TV show Pyar Ka Pehla Naam: Radhe Mohan which has Shabir Ahluwalia and Neeharika Roy in the lead roles.
Talking about the same, according to a news report in ETimes, Abdu Rozik will have an extended cameo role in the show wherein he will play a criminal who has a positive character transformation. A source close to the show revealed to the publication that Abdu will play a kidnapper who will be assigned by Damini (Sambhabana Mohanty) to nab Mohan (Shabir Ahluwalia) and Tulsi (Keerti Nagpure)’s daughter Gungun (Reeza Choudhary) who will be celebrating her birthday on the show. However, Abdu’s character will have a change of heart and will not do any harm to Gungun and will instead become good friends with her.
Elaborating further on Abdu Rozik’s track on the show, the source added that his character will save Gungun from the evil intentions of Damini. The ‘Chota Bhaijaan’ singer is expected to start shooting for the show today (June 27). Well, this is truly exciting news for all his Indian fans out there. He was also spotted in Mumbai airport yesterday night which led to speculations that he is here for a project.
Meanwhile, Abdu Rozik was recently in the news after he headed off to Cape Town, South Africa to shoot for Khatron Ke Khiladi 13. The ‘Pyaar’ singer was seen as a guest contestant on the show to support his best friend and Bigg Boss 16 co-contestant Shiv Thakare. Abdu has also opened a restaurant called Burgiir in Mumbai.
