Koffee With Karan 8: Zeenat Aman reveals how her aesthetic Instagram streak began, wants THIS actress to do her biopic

The latest episode of Koffee With Karan 8 saw the stalwarts of Indian cinema Zeenat Aman and Neetu Kapoor grace the couch. The actresses got candid about the days gone by and we got some lovely tint of nostalgia. The very elegant and legendary Zeenat spoke about how she has currently become a social media sensation. She also revealed whom she wishes from the current lot to do her biopic.

Talking about the same, when Karan Johar asked Zeenat Aman about what prompted her to come on Instagram, the actress credited her son and his partner for encouraging her to do so. She said that she had zero clue on how to use the app but it was her son who motivated her to do it. The Qurbani actress said that since then she enjoyed the process of sharing long stories and anecdotes about her professional and personal life. She furthermore said that she tends to do proper research before sharing a particular story on social media. Well, needless to say, she is truly a social media sensation right now. Karan also praised her by saying that even Gen-Z has been hooked on her social media handle.

Furthermore, during her rapid-fire round, the Hare Rama Hare Krishna actress was asked which actress from the current lot would she like to see in her biopic. Without much further thought, she said Priyanka Chopra’s name. Interestingly, Priyanka had stepped into Zeenat’s shoes in the 2006 movie Don which was an adaptation of the 1978 film wherein Zeenat starred opposite Amitabh Bachchan. She was also quipped on who she would like to see essay her role in the sequel of the 1978 hit film Satyam Shivam Sundaram. Here, she said Deepika Padukone’s name.

Zeenat also spoke about how her image as the sexy siren was very misconstrued. The actress said she was nothing like what the media wrote about her. Well, this episode was truly one of the memorable ones.
