Koffee With Karan 8: When, where and how to catch Karan Johar’s coffee date with Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh

We love watching actors play different characters on screen in their movies and web series. But what’s even more fun is getting to see them as they are, in their natural habitat, being themselves. That’s where filmmaker Karan Johar comes into the picture. Not only does he bring out the best of actors on the silver screen with his movies, but also gets them to spill the beans when they are on his coveted koffee couch. Well, KJo is now all set to return to our screens with the brand new season of his beloved chat show Koffee With Karan.

Season 7 was a whole lot of fun. While Alia Bhatt had opened up about her intimate wedding with Ranbir Kapoor, Karan along with Shahid Kapoor had made plans to dance at Kiara Advani and Sidharth Malhotra’s wedding. Well, the first promo of Koffee With Karan 8 was recently released and this year Bollywood’s queen Deepika Padukone will open the season along with her superstar husband Ranveer Singh. As KJo said, they are keeping it hot and happening this time! What’s interesting is that all three of them were dressed in black. Catch the very first episode of season 8 on Disney+Hotstar on 26th October. The show will premiere at 12 am on the digital platform.

In the teaser that went viral even before Karan shared it, Ranveer revealed that he had proposed to Deepika in 2015 and they were secretly engaged. The actress hilariously called it ‘advance booking’. The other highlight was when KJo asked Deepika if she would ever date Ranveer’s character Rocky Randhawa from his last film Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani. Replying to this, Deepika revealed that she is actually married to Rocky Randhawa! Well, isn’t she a lucky girl?
