Bro Daddy trailer is here and the Mohanlal and Prithviraj combo is sweet and charming

The trailer for Bro Daddy is out and it feels like a throwback to the Malayalam comedy movies from the 90s, the chemistry between Mohanlal and Prithviraj is engaging to watch, in the movie they will be playing father and son.

Mohanlal plays the role of John Kattadi a happy-go-lucky family man and Prithviraj plays Eesho John Kattadi his lazy and trouble maker son.

The plot of the movie revolves around John Kattadi and his wife Annamma played by Meena to get their son married off to Anna played by Kalyani Priyadarshan.

This is the second time that Prithviraj has directed Mohanlal, the first being the highly successful Lucifer so expectations from fans are high for Bro Daddy. This is also Prithviraj’s second directorial venture after Lucifer which was a political thriller.

Prithviraj has said in interviews that Bro Daddy will be a simple and fun comedy movie that the whole family can enjoy watching.

The rest of the cast includes Lalu Alex, Kaniha, Jagadish , Soubin Shahir, Jaffer Idukki and Unni Mukundan, Murali Gopy, Kaniha, Soubin.

The movie is set to stream on Disney + Hotstar on the 26th of January.
