The last few days were full of buzz surrounding the air which was all about Salman Khan and Anil Kapoor. No… it was not about any movie announcement. The reason for the rumour mills to churn day in and out was because Salman Khan is actually not hosting the upcoming season of Bigg Boss OTT 3. And if he is not hosting, then, will Anil Kapoor be the new host of the show!
Well… now it can be officially told that it's none other than Anil Kapoor who will be seen as the host of the latest edition of Bigg Boss OTT 3. And when a veteran actor like Anil Kapoor is at the centre of things, can his entry and introduction be any less than jhakaas! The channel on which the show Bigg Boss OTT 3 will be aired is JioCinema Premium. The show’s makers took to social media to make the grand announcement.

The promo starts off with Anil Kapoor’s coming in his cham-chamaati (ultra-polished) shoes. This is followed by ‘behind the curtain’ talks (read ‘icomic lines’) which have been featured in the earlier episodes of Bigg Boss show. This is followed by Anil Kapoor ‘ordering’ “Kursi mangaa rey…”
Pat comes a chair towards him, but, not without his trademarked word ‘Sir… Jhakaas’. At this, Anil Kapoor angrily tells, ‘Bahut ho gaya re jhakaas. Karte hain na kuch aur khaas”. Saying that, he gets seated on the chair, which has been specially designed for him! As of now, the makers of Bigg Boss OTT 3 have just announced Anil Kapoor as its new host. Rest of the details about the contestants and their names and whether there will be any change in format since there is a change in the host are yet to be disclosed.
