Hansika Motwani inhections
Not long ago, former child actress Riva Arora had come under the scanner for acting with older men after rumors started doing the rounds that she is still a minor. It was further speculated that her mother was giving her hormonal injections to grow up faster and look mature and womanly for better prospects of projects. However, both Riva and her mother denied these allegations and during that time, she was compared a lot to none other than Hansika Motwani who was also called out for a similar situation during her growing-up years.
For the unversed, just like Riva, Hansika was also rumored to have been given hormonal injections by her mother. After starring as child artists in projects like Shakala Boom Boom and Koi Mil Gaya , the audience saw her growing up pretty quickly and starring in mature roles opposite senior actors in both Hindi and South films. In her recently released wedding documentary Love Shaadi Drama with Sohael Kathuriya, the actress addressed these rumors that haunted her back then.
Talking about the same, the Aap Ka Surror actress said, “This is the expense of being a celebrity. They wrote such crap when I was 21, you know what I am talking about… If I could have taken it that time, I can take it this time. This time is nothing… Everyone wrote I have taken injections to grow up. When I was eight, then I became an actress, people said that my mum has given me injections, hormonal injections to grow up as a woman.”
Hansika’s mother added, “If that is true, then I must be richer than Tata, Birla. If that is true, then I would have said you also come to me and help yourself grow taller. What I am surprised about is that people who write this, Don't they have common sense? We are Punjabi people, our daughters shoot up between the age of 12 and 16.” For the unversed, Hansika Motwani and Sohael Kathuriya tied the knot in a lavish ceremony last year in December and the documentary is dedicated to some endearing stories that went behind their marriage.
