Ek Villain Returns, directed by Mohit Suri was released on July 29, 2022.The film featured Arjun Kapoor, John Abraham, Tara Sutaria and Disha Patani in lead roles. As the film completed a year of its release, Arjun and Tara celebrated the milestone with a series of throwback pictures and videos from the sets on their respective social media handles. Backed by Ekta Kapoor and Bhushan Kumar, the film, a sequel to the 2014 hit film Ek Villain, had managed to impress a section of cine-goers.
