Loafer Releasing A Day Early

Following the audio launch of the Varun Tej starrer Loafer, the movie will now be releasing a day earlier than expected. Loafer was planned for a release on December 18 but instead it will hit theatres on the 17th. The official reason for this preponement has not been revealed but speculators have their speculations.

According to a source, “Loafer is an emotional family entertainer. There are a few powerful scenes that will move the audience and the makers felt they would have a strong opening, whether they release on a Thursday or a Friday. Also with multiple releases coming in for the Christmas weekend, they are keen to recover their collections before that”.

Directed by Puri Jagannadh, the movie will put Varun alongside Disha Patani. C Kalyan has produced the project with music direction handled by Sunil Kashyap. The cast for Loafer also includes Sunil Kashyap, veteran comedian Brahmanandam and Revathi.
