Rajinikanth is gearing up for the release of his much awaited film ‘Kabali’. The film will hit the screens on July 22 and there is a huge buzz around it. Reports suggest that the makers are planning to release the film on a large scale in the U.S.
According to reports, the Pa. Ranjith directorial will be released in 400 screens in the U.S. CineGalaxy has bagged the distribution rights of the flick and one of their officials said, "It will be the biggest release for a Rajinikanth-starrer in the US. The Tamil as well as Telugu version of the film will release in 400 screens".
Reportedly, producer Kalaipuli S. Thanu has moved to the Madras High Court to take step against piracy. He has filed a written petition to the court asking it to order the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) to direct service providers to block the sites offering download of the gangster-drama film. Hopefully, this will encourage other filmmakers as well to fight piracy.
