Bhabhiji Ghar Par Hai Actress Shubhangi Atre Tests Positive For COVID-19

It has been over a year since the COVID-19 outbreak had happened. A vaccine for the virus has been made and people had been hoping to get back to normalcy soon. However, the world was hit by a fourth wave of the virus attack. The number of COVID-19 cases in India has been seeing a sharp spike and many Bollywood and TV celebs have been affected. Now, yet another TV personality has tested positive for the virus and it is none other than Bhabhiji Ghar Par Hai Shubhangi Atre.

Shubhangi hasn't confirmed the news herself yet, but sources close to her have claimed that she has tested positive for COVID-19. A source quoted by ETimes said, “She had been under the weather and had a mild cold and cough. After getting a high fever, she took the RT-PCR test yesterday. Her test result came out positive today and she has decided to self-isolate and be under home quarantine.”

We hope that it would be an isolated case and others among the cast and crew are not affected. We also hope that Shubhangi shares an update on her health with her fans soon and she recovers from the virus soon. Today itself, Bhumi Pednekar, Vicky Kaushal, Ajaz Khan and Abhijeet Sawant have tested positive for the virus. Ajaz, who is in NCB custody, has been hospitalised.
