Bigg Boss 15: Karan Kundrra tells Shamita he lost many friends because of his breakup; feels things could have been better

Soon after Karan Kundrra entered the Bigg Boss 15 house as a contestant, reports about his ex girlfriend Anusha Dandekar being a wild card began doing the rounds. The actress took to her social media handle a few times to make it clear that she is not going to be a part of the reality show this season, but her name was already linked to BB15. Well, Karan opened up about his relationship and much talked about break up in last night’s episode during a chat with housemate Shamita Shetty.

Karan revealed, “I lost a lot of friends, abhi 1-1.5 saal mein for obvious reasons.” Shamita asked if the ‘obvious reasons’ meant COVID, but Karan replied that it was because of his break up, as many things changed. He explained that he got very involved and busy with his relationship, and he forgot everything else. So because he wasn’t there for his friends, later they were not there for him. Karan further stated that till the time one does not accept that there is a problem, it cannot be fixed.

The actor shared how around the lockdown time, a lot of things happened at the same time. He called himself a caring person but admitted that he became very self-centered for a bit. Karan explained that if he and his ex girlfriend had lost their cool, burst out and just said everything they had to, things could have been better. But that did not happen. He also stated that Anusha tried to sort things out, but he kept moving away. Karan told Shamita that if they would have understood each other and sat down to talk, things could have changed. He also felt that if he addressed his personal issues first and did not let them affect the relationship, things could have been different.

When Shamita said that she hopes his ex girlfriend watches this conversation, he said he hopes so too but went on to add that there are many people around her who will instigate her outside. In the end, Karan and Shamita realized they are quite similar and the actress smiled and said, “It’s nice talking to you.”
