Vicky Kaushal’s Uri Inspires A Fan To Join The Indian Army

We will be lying if we say that Uri: The Surgical Strike did not overwhelm us with pride and love for the Indian Army. Vicky Kaushal’s phenomenal performance and the compelling story truly inspired in more ways than one.

However, Vicky recently shared in his Instagram story a message from his fan who was motivated to join the army after watching the film. In the message, he wrote how he wanted to thank Vicky and the team of Uri before he commenced his training shortly. The fan also mentioned how it was not only him, but many others were also inspired to join the forces because of the movie and especially Vicky’s impassioned performance.

A proud Vicky Kaushal could not hold back his emotions and wrote how instances like these made all the hard work worth it. He wished his fan all the luck for his future endeavors.

On the work front, Vicky is between several projects. He will be seen in Shoojit Sircar Udham Singh’s biopic, Bhooth, Karan Johar’s Takht and of course Meghna Gulzar’s biopic on Field Marshall Sam Manekshaw.
