Thank God's Shoot Deferred
Ajay Devgn and Sidharth Malhotra would be coming together in Indra Kumar's comedy- Thank God. The film has already generated enough excitement among fans, who have eagerly been waiting to know more about it and also see it soon! However, looks like they will have to wait longer for this one. The shoot of the film has been deferred due to the second wave of COVID-19.
Producer Anand Pandit has confirmed that the shoot of the upcoming schedule, that was planned for April end, has not been pushed. Talking to Mid Day, he said, “We had planned another schedule at the end of April, but given the prevailing situation, production has come to a standstill. We don’t know how things will pan out in the coming days, so we can’t think of making any plans. Everyone needs to take the necessary precautions and follow the guidelines. Safety of all is of utmost importance.”
He also added that the first schedule of the film has been wrapped, wherein he had shot with Sidharth Malhotra and Rakul Preet Singh. Ajay Devgn was to join later after wrapping up Mayday. Ajay has not been able to finish Mayday shoot due to the spike in COVID-19 numbers and Anand Pandit added that the entire schedule would have to be reworked after shoots resume.
