Sushant Singh Rajput Case: Narcotics Control Bureau Arrests Rhea Chakraborty's Brother Showik And Samuel Miranda

After months of inquiry, Mumbai Police handed over Sushant Singh Rajput’s case recently to the Central Bureau of Investigation. A few weeks ago, a new drug angle was found in the case after the late actor’s girlfriend Rhea Chakraborty's Whatsapp chats went viral. Soon the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) began their investigation in the case. Well earlier today, the NCB raided Rhea’s brother Showik Chakraborty and Sushant’s house manager Samuel Miranda’s homes and the two have reportedly been arrested for being involved in an alleged drug cartel.

According to a report in Republic World, NCB sources have revealed that Showik confessed being in contact with many drug peddlers and has also claimed that his sister Rhea allegedly asked him and Samuel to procure drugs. The formal process of their arrest is currently underway. Actor Sushant bid the world a final adieu on 14^th June, leaving his fans, family and the entire film fraternity heartbroken. According to reports he had a fight with his girlfriend Rhea and asked her to leave his house. While Rhea had blocked his number in anger the next day, the actor was reportedly in contact with her brother. Buzz also suggests that they were pretty close.
