Sushant Singh Rajput Case: Advocate Vikas Singh Demands The Suspension Of Commissioner Of Mumbai Police

With new details emerging every day in the death case of actor Sushant Singh Rajput, CBI has now reportedly got a confession from the actor’s flatmate Siddharth Pithani that Rhea Chakraborty wiped clean extensive amounts of data from hard drives systems and laptops before she left Sushant on June 8. The fact itself is a big development while the CBI will not work on trying to retrieve this data.

Sushant Singh Rajput’s father’s lawyer Vikas Singh has now reacted to this confession from Siddharth and pointed that there was a conspiracy against the actor to kill him. Speaking to Republic TV the advocate says, “If this is true then this clearly establishes there was a conspiracy to kill Sushant Singh Rajput. I think there's something very sinister in this entire episode and it appears that there is the involvement of some big people in the case. The first thing that should happen is the suspension of the Mumbai Commissioner of Police and DCP of that area (Bandra)."

Siddharth Pithani, Dipesh Sawant, and Samuel Miranda were questioned by the CBI on Wednesday. Dipesh reportedly also confirmed that Rhea left on June 8 after a spat with the late actor.

Another major turn in events has been the Narcotics Control Board joining the probe after evidences suggesting Rhea and Suhsant’s drug links were found in Rhea’s deleted WhatsApp chats.
