Producer Ronnie Screwvala, who collaborated with Sushant in films such as Kai Po Che!, Kedarnath and Sonchiriya, feels the actor was super-confident in his debut film.

Sushant's journey showcased different roles and myriad emotions. Kai Po Che! was a memorable experience because Sushant was at his bindaas best-- super confident and super talented. He gave his all to the role and his energy on screen showed that a star was born. He showed versatility in everything he has done ever since.”

Ronnie further revealed that Sushant felt his role in Sonchiriya was the toughest so far and their recent discussions revolved around his love for science and astronomy. He concluded that the actor did not have any regrets and hopes he finds peace.

Sushant was cremated on Monday afternoon at the Pawan Hans Crematorium at Vile Parle, Mumbai. His father and family members flew down to Mumbai today and celebs such as Shraddha Kapoor, Kriti Sanon and Varun Sharma attended the funeral to bid a final goodbye to the phenomenal actor.
