Rangoli Chandel Labels Takht As ‘Soft Porn’, Says 'Dumb Filmmakers Need To Be Stopped From Sexual Depiction Of Historic Characters'

Rangoli Chandel has taken over Twitter once again and has now attacked none other than director Karan Johar. Well, her sister, Kangana Ranaut’s fight with Karan Johar is not unknown to us at all. She had called him the ‘flagbearer of nepotism’ right on his show, Koffee With Karan. But then, they had sorted out the issues. Now, Rangoli has taken a direct dig against the filmmaker, calling him a ‘dramebaaz filmmaker’ and labelling his magnum opus Takht a ‘soft porn’ in the name of invasion.

Well, it all started with her sharing a video of Sadhguru, where he talks about removing the legacy of Babur. He also talks about Ram in the video. Rangoli shared it and wrote:

She then mentioned about left extremists who are apparently turning Ram to a myth and Babur to an icon.

 But then, she swiftly diverted her attention to Karan Johar, who is currently working on Takht, a film about Dara Shikoh and Aurangzeb. She wrote,

"And now not surprisingly our dear Karan Johar is making a film on this cruel bloodline, he will depict Aurangzeb cruelty through his abs and sexual relationships."

Then she also demanded that authorities should check the script before these films are even made. She wrote:

"These dumb filmmakers need to be stopped from sexual depiction of historic characters, before they start their crying drama and claim that democracy is dead and bring international shame to the nation, I request authorities to ask them to submit their scripts."

She then called Karan a ‘dramebaaz fimmaker’.

And then labelled Takht as a ‘soft porn’:
