Prabhudeva’s Mukkala Muqabla To Be Recreated By Varun-Shraddha In Street Dancer!

All the 90s kids out there, listen up. We are pretty sure that at least once in your lifetime, you might have grooved to Prabhudeva’s Mukkala Muqabla and thought that you have killed it. This was the same song that had made the choreographer turned director a household name. Well, now it's time again to put on those dancing shoes because, guess what, the song is all set to be recreated by Varun Dhawan and Shraddha Kapoor in Street Dancer 3D.

Bhushan Kumar, who is producing Street Dancer, said, “There’s a situation in the film where we see Prabhudheva showcase his dance moves and I knew we needed to bring ‘Muqabala’ back. The audience will be blown away by the choreography and will love the new version as much as the original.”

While this assurance may put to rest some doubts that the very term ‘remix’ rings in us, we are yet to wait for how the song turns out to be. Mumbai Mirror reported, “It was shot during the on-going Dubai schedule with Prabhudheva taking centre stage for a minute-long solo performance, effortlessly repeating the difficult moves in a single take.” He was then joined by Varun and Shraddha, who are themselves fans of the song.

The song will be reworked by Tanisk Bagchi.
