Pavitra Punia remembers her 'hero' Sidharth Shukla in an emotional video; makes him a promise

Pavitra Punia made her acting debut in the television industry with Love U Zindagi in 2011 opposite heartthrob Sidharth Shukla. 9 years later, the two reunited in the Bigg Boss house for season 14. While Pavitra was a contestant, BB 13 winner Sidharth returned to the reality show as a toofani senior aka a mentor. While his stay in the house was short and sweet, we got to witness a glimpse of Sidharth and Pavitra’s friendship. Today, a heartbroken Pavitra took to her social media handle to remember her first co-actor and dear friend Sidharth, who bid the world a final adieu this year.

As she watched his final track Habit, also featuring Shehnaaz Gill, Pavitra remembered Sidharth’s dialogue from BB13 where he pointed at his 12 housemates who were against him and told them, “Mereko farak nahi padhta.” Talking about how everyone misses him, an emotional Pavitra stated, “Sabko farak padhta hai.” In the caption, the actress wrote: “Miss you. Miss you more seeing your glimpse of being a champion always. Mera HERO tha tu , wo kehte hain na mai new comer industry mei launch hui thi tere sath. Aise he tha tab bhi tu .. nakre wala , gussa, star attitude BUT…..THE MOST AMAZING GENEROUS HUMAN BEING (Though we use to fight like “TOM & JERRY” …. Hah those days).”

Pavitra went on to add, “A confession to make toady ; No matter how much we use to throw attitude at each other(unnecessary and funny sometimes)….. But I learnt my skills to survive in this industry from you. I use to see you the way you always conducted yourself on sets and I always followed that still following will always follow. Still remember those words in Biggboss when you said - “वो 10 साल पहले वाली पवित्रा कहाँ है” जो किसी से नहीं डरती थी , मुझे वो पवित्रा पसंद है”(तेरे लिए सिर्फ़ मेरे tsunami शुक्ला कभी किसी से नहीं डरूँगी) Promise!!”

Pavitra’s emotional video will surely leave you teary eyed. We miss you Sidharth Shukla!
