Manoj Bajpayee Begins Filming Despatch, Movie To Be Shot In Mumbai, Delhi And London; Read Deets

Manoj Bajpayee fans might have been a tad bit disappointed with the delay of Family Man 2's release, but there's some good news too. The web series might be releasing in Summer, but the actor has already begun shooting a new film. We are talking about Despatch, a film on crime journalism that would be directed by Kanu Behl of Titli fame.

A report in Pinkvilla mentions that the shoot has begun yesterday and other members of the cast- Sahana Goswami, Rii Sen and Arrchita Agarwal will join him from today. The three actresses will play a pivotal role in the film and the Mumbai schedule is most likely to be wrapped up by the 23rd of March. The film will also be shot in Delhi and London. A source revealed, “The cast will travel to Delhi and London for smaller durations. However, the UK schedule will depend on the COVID-19 conditions in the country at that time.”

The actor had announced the film back on the 29th of January and had written, “Enter the world of crime journalism with #Despatch. This edge of the seat thriller will be a direct to digital release.” We hope to see the film super soon.
