Mahhi Vij Reveals Boys Would Try Calling On The Number Shared In Her Music Video Tu Tu Hai Wahi

One of the most gorgeous and talented actresses of the television industry, Mahhi Vij began her career with modeling at the age of 17. She went on to feature in some of the most popular television shows such as Akela, Laagi Tujhse Lagan, Balika Vadhu, Laal Ishq among others. Well, when the actress was 18, she featured in a music video of the song Tu Tu Hai Wahi, DJ Aqeel Mix. A short clip of the same went viral on social media some time back and fans couldn’t believe that it’s the same Mahhi.

Talking about the single in a recent chat with Spotboye, Mahhi shared, “I was 18 when I shot for the song. I had auditioned for it and director Radhika And Vinay Sapru really liked me. Back then we had no clue the song would become such a huge hit. It was good fun shooting for it. I went on to do other shows post it, but was surprised to hear that boys would still try and call on that number when they heard the song.”

She had a boyfriend in Delhi back then who had gone to get some VCDs of the video from a store. Mahhi revealed that when the shopkeeper told him how he’s been trying to reach the girl in the video, her boyfriend replied, “Don’t try bro because she is my girlfriend.” Mahhi went on to add that the song will always be very special and very close to her heart as it was her first music video which got her recognition and fame.
