Jasleen Matharu Calls Off Wedding With Bhopal Doctor Who She Met Through Anup Jalota; Reveals Kundlis Didn’t Match

One of the most controversial ‘jodis’ of Bigg Boss season 12, Jasleen Matharu and Anup Jalota left the entire nation in shock when they announced that they are in a romantic relationship during the reality show. While they later called it a joke, they maintained that they are very close to each other. In fact, the Bhajan Samrat even set up Jasleen with a Bhopal-based cosmetic surgeon named Dr Abhinit Gupta a few months ago. The two had been dating virtually since the last few months and Jasleen recently visited Dr Abhinit in Bhopal.

Well in the latest report shared by TOI, Jasleen has revealed that the couple ended the relationship and called off their wedding. She shared, “Well, to begin with, our kundlis did not match. My parents believe a lot in kundlis. I would never go against their wishes and set up a marital home of my own without their blessings. I don't want to put them under any stress. Secondly, I realised along the way that our temperaments too did not match.” She went on to state, “Add to this that his divorce is still a long way off. So that didn't help either. All said and done, it was just not adding up. Let's say, we were not meant for each other.”

Before meeting Dr Abhinit, Jasleen participated in a swayamvar show titled Mujhse Shaadi Karoge, as one of Bigg Boss 13 finalist Paras Chhabra’s suitors. Back then, Anup ji had revealed that Paras’ Casanova image made him deeply concerned about Jasleen’s future if she ended up marrying him.
