Gadar 2: Sunny Deol & Ameesha Patel announce their reunion on the auspicious occasion of Dusshera with a motion poster

On the 20^th anniversary of his iconic film Gadar in June this year, filmmaker Anil Sharma had shared that the entire world is eagerly waiting for him to announce a sequel. He shared that it is a bomb of drama, emotions and he planned to share the big news with equal grandeur, because that’s what the legacy deserves. Well much to our delight, Sunny Deol finally hinted at a big announcement yesterday. He tweeted that he will be announcing something very close to his heart on 15^th October.

On the auspicious occasion of Dusshera today, the actor and his beautiful co-star Ameesha Patel took to their official social media handles to announce their reunion along with the motion poster of their film Gadar 2. Ameesha wrote: “After two decades the wait is finally over! Announcing the biggest ever sequel in Indian cinema. Presenting to you the motion poster of #Gadar2.” Sunny, on the other hand, tweeted: “On the auspicious day of Dusshera,  Presenting to you the motion poster of #Gadar2. The Katha Continues..”

Along with Tara and Sakina their on-screen son Jeete, portrayed by Utkarsh Sharma, will also be returning to the big screen. Well, Gadar 2 is not the only sequel that Sunny and Anil are collaborating for. They are also working together on the sequel of Apne, which was the first film to bring Sunny, Bobby Deol and Dharmendra together on the big screen.
